New members - two of 'em

Thanks to a club member handing out our business cards, we have two new members: Jing & Rob Hoyer from Colorado Springs. Jing has a 2016 Tesla Model X 90D, white, and Jim has ordered a Tesla Model 3. Give them a CSEVC welcome when you meet them!
