Used car dealer switches to EVs...
Here's an article supplied by our club President, Mac McCauley, about a Canadian used car dealer that now sells used EVs and even new Teslas. Is this evolution of the market?

Thanks to our club member Chaz Clark for photos of a lucky new Tesla Model Y owner's delivery pictures! Note: Chaz isn't the lucky new owner, so don't pester him for a ride...

Folks, I am amazed...
As your web admin, I check out viewer stats for this blog every now and then (see below). I am always amazed and surprised at the international audience we have. I cannot explain why we have more people from Hong Kong viewing our local blog than Americans! I'm pleased, for sure, but nonetheless surprised...

New member Pami Sandhu takes delivery!
We love it when a member gets a new car! A recently added new member, Pami Sandhu, took delivery of his 2020 Tesla Model X this week. He's been to some of our Friday lunches at Smashburger, and had lots of questions about EVs before taking the plunge. Congrats, Pami!

Holy Cross Abbey Car Show announced
I finally found the information on the Holy Cross Abbey Antique and Special Interest Car Show. I've registered this year, but am taking my ICE convertible, not my electric car. It's a great show, the local Pikes Peak Mercedes Club will be attending. I'll put the information from our calendar page below:
Holy Cross Abbey Car Show, Canon City, CO - May 16, 2020. This is a great show near Pueblo, CO. Arrival of show cars starts at 6:45am, goes until 10:00am. The show goes from 10:00am until 3:00pm. It's on grass (very comfy on a hot day) and always has good food and drink vendors. Some exotic cars seem to always show up. The address of the Holy Cross Abbey is 3011 East Highway 50, CaƱon City, CO 81212 and the map locator is here. This show has limited entrants, so register early for $20 per car.

Update your older Tesla!
Tesla has announced an Infotainment upgrade for older model S and X's. The article doesn't mention if this fixes the MCU1 flash memory failure that some owners have seen, but it's good news for all older owners that you can get newer features (but lose some, too).
