Our latest members!

Rudy Gonzalez is a new member and he lives in Colorado Springs. He just purchased a 2018 metallic silver Tesla Model 3 after driving a Toyota Prius for 12 years. Please make him welcome!

We have two new members from Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU):

Jason Hall is a new member today, he is interested in the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. He is a Senior Advanced Energy Engineer, AEP at Colorado Springs Utilities. 

Michael Avanzi is a new member today, he is interested in the EVs in general. He is a Manager, Energy Planning & Standards at Colorado Springs Utilities.

We all can thank Jason and Michael for the electricity it takes to run our cars!

Newest Member, Ernesto Gonzalez

Our most recent new member is Ernesto Gonzalez. He hails from Colorado Springs and just purchased a 2019 Prime Smart Electric that is Silver/Lava orange. Ernesto is a Retired District 11 and USAF musician with Academy Jazz Ensemble and Peak Big Band.

Ernesto has expressed interest in our Earth Day event participation, and we hope he'll take his car there. Please make him welcome!

Earth Day 2019, we need 4 cars

Our club has committed to have 4 EVs at the April 20, 2019 Earth Day Celebration at the Garden of the Gods Visitor's Center in Colorado Springs, CO (9:00am - 3:00pm). The organization will save us 8 spaces but this must include a tent or additional cars if they arrive. Please notify Wilson Hitchings (mail: admin AT csevc.com) if you want to display your car. I'm fairly sure we can swap cars out so that you don't have to sit all day - this will help get more types of cars and prevent an all-day commitment.
