Mazda Hybrid EV uses a rotary engine!
Mazda is bringing back its rotary engine in a hybrid EV automobile. The interesting part is that the hybrid design uses the electric motor/generator to accelerate/retard the speed of the rotary piston to obtain the most efficiency for its engine.
