Iowa now outlaws hand holding a cell phone while driving. An interesting permutation of that law could be applied to dashboard computer screens. The exact statement was made that you cannot scroll or tap your phone screen while driving if it's in your hand. The law allows for a dashboard mount, I think. I wonder if a lawmaker will change/amend the law to include console screens...
