In order to claim sales to boost investors, many Chinese car manufacturers are now claiming they can sell used cars with zero miles. It's an accounting sleight-of-hand, and I wonder how long it will be until American car makers try the same thing. Remember when some American car manufacturers made its dealers "buy" cars for its employees and call it sales? I do!
